IT'S TIME.
Allow me a few minutes to explain why CATS exists.
Dogs already had their moment. DOGE brought the light to dog memecoins. Now, it's time for cats.
If DOGE united dog lovers, CATS should unite all cat lovers. Not because another token is needed, but because billions of people already love cats.
CATS was created as a meeting point for them all. A movement in a market where memecoins are born quickly, die quickly, and trust is often lost even faster.
The CATS token is not created for a season. It is created to endure. And when I say forever, I am not speaking about a creation transaction or a number written on a blockchain. I am speaking about the people. Hundreds of thousands of people, perhaps millions one day, united by something simple enough that it needs no explanation.
Cats.
We live in an increasingly digital world. People are becoming tokens, communities are becoming networks, and ideas are becoming assets. So perhaps one day there will be more than one million CATS holders. Why not? There are billions of us. And billions of us love cats.
Regarding the supply acquired through the deployer wallet: it exists for future opportunities with Tier 1 CEXs, should enough cat lovers gather and the necessary conditions be met. One week after launch, 3% of the supply was locked for one month. Every buyback will likewise be locked continuously on the first day of each month.
Why one month? Because permanence is not always useful. If supply is locked for six months or one year, an opportunity that requires that supply may disappear before the lock does. One month is long enough to demonstrate intent, and short enough to remain useful.
The rest is up to the community.

Who I am is irrelevant. Names are temporary. The idea and the vision are what matter. All you need to know is that I was educated by Ryoshi, the creator of SHIB, and that I carry his vision forward.
My intention is not to profit from CATS, but to heal the people impacted by the negative changes in the memecoin space and show that it is still possible to achieve global success by being united.
